- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit
- Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
9. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in AUD and subject to change
- Final pricing may vary depending on individual treatment plans
- Payment is required at the time of treatment
Accepted payment methods may include EFTPOS, credit card and other available options.
10. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a service:
- Is not provided with due care and skill
- Is not fit for purpose
- Is misrepresented
11. Packages, Promotions & Vouchers
- Packages are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- Packages must be used within the specified validity period
- Promotions may be withdrawn or changed at any time
- Gift vouchers are valid in accordance with Australian law
