1. Consultations & Treatments

All treatments at Glow Up Clinic are provided following a personalised consultation. Results vary between individuals.

2. No Refunds on Completed Treatments

Due to the nature of cosmetic procedures:

• We do not offer refunds for completed treatments
• Individual responses and outcomes vary.

3. Deposits

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in:

• Loss of deposit
• Cancellation fee

5. Late Arrivals

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time
• If too late, appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited

6. Package Purchases

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Treatments must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase
• Treatment intervals will be guided by your healthcare professional to ensure safe and optimal outcomes

7. Product Purchases

• Skincare products may be exchanged if faulty
• No refunds for change of mind

8. Medical Contraindications

If a treatment is deemed unsuitable during consultation:

• You may receive a credit or refund at our discretion
